MEET ERIN

Erin grew up a Co-op kid, daughter to Steve Louder (Deaf Smith). She has been a nurse for almost 20 years and a nurse practitioner for 12 of those. Erinhas practiced in a wide variety of fields over the course of her career ranging from Cardiac ICU, rheumatology, family practice, and physical medicine, amongothers.

Within the last few years, she has shifted her medical mindset from a traditional medical model to a more preventive and holistic approach, which focuses on root cause identification and resolution. Erin’s goal is to make healthy living simple, understandable, and achievable for everyone by educating, inspiring, and empowering you to make healthy lifestyle choices.
