Jantzen Louder grew up in Hereford, Texas, where his dad, Steve Louder, was the General Manager of Deaf Smith Electric Cooperative. Following his footsteps, Jantzen earned degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Wayland Baptist and Texas Tech. Jantzen worked at South Plains Electric Cooperative, gaining valuable experience and becoming Director of Engineering and Operations.
Jantzen then served in Executive Pastor and leadership roles of his church for 16 years, gaining
much experience in management, leadership, and organizational growth. Jantzen’s passion for doing business with cooperatives was
reignited through relationship with his friends at SPEC, and Louder LED was born, bringing Jantzen’s years of experience back to the co-op world.
